Utah's food history—from pre-contact Native Americans through the Mormon pioneers to today—will be the subject of Eric Eliason's presentation this Saturday night, October 7, at 7 p.m. One of the three authors of This is the Plate—Utah Food Traditions, Eric will present some of the highlights of the book, the first book-length treatment of Utah's distinctive food heritage. His presentation will take place at Robbers Roost, 185 West Main Street in Torrey, Utah.
